Novel Botanicals operates the Novel CBD website, which lists CBD oils, topicals, nutritionals, and pet products. Its official contact page lists an office at 3620 Walden Drive, Lexington, and the phone number 859-303-6757. The office address does not establish that walk-in retail shopping is available; confirm access and hours directly.
Information to confirm
Before purchasing, request the current laboratory report for the specific product batch and confirm the ingredients, cannabinoid amounts, restrictions, and return terms. A business’s statement that products are tested is not a substitute for inspecting the batch report, and facility registration is not product approval.
This directory does not endorse therapeutic benefits, safety for children or pets, drug-test guarantees, or claims that all products can legally ship everywhere. The business’s own FAQs make claims that require separate review before this profile is published.
